Fantastic
Akama was fantastic! Beautiful design, fantastic pool w/hot tub, and fabulous view. The process from initial booking to checkout was great. Luis took care of things pre-arrival, and our villa manager, Ali, was there to greet us with margaritas. He was also available 24/7 to handle things like taxis, maintenance, etc. I don’t think we waited more than a couple of minutes for a response from him. Our villa housekeeper was also fantastic. She took care of everything, including folding our clothes, which we didn’t expect.

We had the most amazing experience with Oceanfront Rentals From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to Luis for her incredible recommendations and accommodations — she made planning effortless and ensured every detail was taken care of. We had 19 guests and barely had to lift a finger during our stay. The Punta Mita villas Catering team provided outstanding service and the food was absolutely delicious — every meal was a highlight! Truly an incredible time all around — we can’t recommend them enough! We will be back!

Absolutely Stunning
Our Villa was an absolute DREAM Villa. The most perfect location with the best views. We had a group of 7 and the layout gave us so much privacy. The pool was more spacious than it looks on the pictures. Our housekeeper was fabulous and left the villa spotless every time she came. We had a private chef dinner, spa services for everyone at the villa and arranged private transportation everywhere with Luis our amazing concierge. This vacation felt SO luxurious and the service was top notch. I would stay at this villa every time I came to Punta Mita. Absolutely stunning!!!!

Best Villa
I cannot recommend Punta Mita villas enough! The way they have you pre- book everything is WORTH the effort prior to the trip. You do not lift a finger once you’re there and that’s the true luxury of a vacation. Our concierge, Pablo, was outstanding and very attentive. If we needed anything he was quick, efficient, and so kind! We also had third party vendors that the Punta Mita villas team setup for us to make our experience even more elaborate! Such as upon arrival massages & a mariachi band with bartenders multiple days in a row. Everyone we encountered was so hardworking and also so kind and joyful. They outdid themselves and we will absolutely be back!

House is just beautiful and massive
Ali from Punta Mita villas put the perfect trip together for us. he connected us to their great catering team who made us breakfast every morning and two great dinners. The house is perfect for large groups or anyone that wants their own king bed and private bathroom. Ruben, the Concierge, is very communicative throughout the entire day and handled everything very quickly for us. The view is spectacular from this villa and the pool is a very cool look. We will definitely be booking at this house again.

Our experience with Punta Mita Villas was absolutely exceptional! From the seamless booking process to the airport pickup and attentive concierge service, every detail was handled flawlessly. They made everything so effortless that all we had to do was relax and enjoy our vacation. The villa itself was stunning, the service impeccable, and the entire experience first-class from start to finish. Not to mention the unparalleled views we had. Well worth the money
The whole team was fantastic, from Luis who found us the property when the first was cancelled. He was excellent in meeting all our needs! Ali, with A Matter of Taste catering, was very informative and was fantastic! Angel was super helpful and loved our housekeeping team led by Isidrio. Punta Mita transportation was punctual, courteous, and took a lot of the stress out of traveling. Overall, we had the best family vacation thanks to these folks. Will use your service again!

Outstanding!
My bachelorette weekend at Villa Akama with 9 of my friends was the best time! This villa had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and felt so authentic! The service began before we even arrived. Al1, our pre-arrival concierge, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions, making the planning seamless, including setting up our airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our wonderful on-site concierge, Mariana. She was an absolute gem—so sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She helped us with anything we needed and called shuttles for us anytime we needed one! In fact, every member of the staff we interacted with was awesome. They truly prioritize guest comfort; when we had an issue with the hot water in the main bathroom, they were quick to fix it. The check-in experience was the perfect start to our celebration: fresh margaritas, chips and salsa, and a complimentary 5-minute welcome massage!
