From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities.
