One of the north shore's most secluded addresses, it looks out over Banderas Bay from oceanfront and ocean-view homes, trading the gated resort's infrastructure for a quieter, more independent setting close to the point's restaurants and marina.
The homes are well suited to families and groups who want privacy, ocean views, and proximity to Punta Mita without staying inside the gates. Beaches, dining, and the marina at Punta de Mita are close by, and our concierge arranges transfers, in-home services, and local recommendations for a seamless stay.
