La Punta Estates sits at the very tip of the Punta Mita peninsula, the resort’s most exclusive estate community. Its homes occupy elevated oceanfront lots with some of the widest panoramic Pacific views in Punta Mita, close to the Pacífico golf course and private beach access, in a noticeably quieter and more secluded setting than the communities closer to the main gate.
