The residence looks over the Pacific, Bahia de Banderas and the Bahia golf course. Open, layered interiors
The interior is arranged so a group of fourteen can gather or separate without crowding each other. A private spa holds a steam room, with a Technogym fitness centre alongside it and an indoor TV lounge for the afternoons.
Living areas open directly onto the terraces, and a Sonos sound system, climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi run throughout the house. Bedrooms have blackout curtains or shutters and generous closet space.
Designed for the day outside
The 37-metre infinity pool is the centre of the estate outdoors, shaped like a whale and built into the architecture, facing the Pacific. A jacuzzi, an outdoor TV lounge, bar and grill areas and shaded dining terraces sit around it, with landscaped gardens beyond.
A petanque court is on the grounds. Every bedroom has a terrace of its own, and the Master Suite terrace has a private plunge pool.

Transfers, spa treatments, boat charters, surf lessons and excursions are arranged at additional cost.
Do guests have access to Club Punta Mita?
Punta Mita club facilities are reachable from the residence. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. Whether that fee is included in the nightly rate or billed separately is confirmed at the time of booking.
