It sleeps up to sixteen, every bedroom has an ocean view, and a daily team of concierge, chef, butler and bartender, and housekeeping is included in the rate. It is built for multi-family trips, milestone celebrations and groups who want one house by the sea rather than several rooms in a resort.
Open, layered interiors
The house was designed around the Pacific, and takes its name from a Wixárika (Huichol) symbol for the heart, which is how the owners describe it: the place the whole group gathers.
Service is part of the rate. A concierge, a chef who prepares breakfast and lunch, a butler and bartender, and housekeeping work the house each day, typically 8 am to 5 pm (or 7 am to 4 pm). Groceries and drinks are billed separately. Dinner service, longer hours and extra staff can be added at an additional charge; we confirm the exact arrangement in your quote.
The main living and dining spaces sit under high vaulted timber ceilings, with wide openings to the garden and the ocean. One long dining table seats the whole group, and the living room is laid out in several sitting areas, so sixteen people can spread out without leaving the room. The finishes are natural: warm wood, stone and woven textures.
Beyond the main rooms there is a cinema room, a gym, and a spa with a sauna and a steam room; massages and treatments can be arranged in the villa on request. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, with a TV and surround sound.
Designed for the day outside
The infinity pool is the centre of the house. Its edge lines up with the ocean and the green headland across the bay, and a covered terrace with sun loungers faces it, so the shade and the water are a few steps apart. The pool is heated, with a jacuzzi and a pool bar.
A pool pavilion with a timber roof adds another shaded place to sit by the water. For outdoor meals there is a barbecue grill and a wood-fired oven, and tropical planting surrounds the house on its hillside. The beach is reached directly from the property.
