Casa Bahia looks out over the golf course and across Banderas Bay to the Marietas Islands, an outlook that carries from the main terrace and pool deck. It sits within the gated Punta Mita development, a short drive from the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses and from Punta Mita village and its restaurants and boutiques. Guests reach the coast through the area's beach clubs, Sufi Ocean, Pacifico, Kupuri and the El Surf Club at La Lancha, where access fees apply.

Casa Bahia sits in El Encanto, a gated hillside community in Punta Mita, where more than 7,000 square feet of living space opens onto the golf course and out to Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. The villa holds four ensuite bedrooms for up to ten guests, an infinity pool, and an included housekeeper and cook. A six-seat golf cart comes with the rental, and guests have access to the Sufi Ocean, Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs nearby. It suits a family or two to three couples travelling together.

Open, layered interiors
The house spreads over two levels and more than 7,000 square feet, organised around an open-concept great room. A sitting area sits just off the terrace, with a dining area a few steps up and a fully equipped kitchen anchored by a breakfast bar. The layout is built around the outlook, so the bay and islands stay in view from most of the main living space. For evenings in, there is an Apple TV, a sound system and Wi-Fi, and air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the bedrooms.
Designed for the day outside
Outdoor living centres on the infinity pool, positioned to hold the golf course and ocean views. Alongside it, an outdoor wet bar and a gas barbecue set up for casual cooking, with an al-fresco dining table for meals outside. The main terrace runs off the great room and looks out over the fairway to the water, and several bedrooms open to their own private terraces and balconies. A six-seat golf cart is included, which makes getting around the community and down to the beach clubs straightforward.
Sleeping for 10
Four ensuite bedrooms sleep up to ten. The primary suite has a king bed, a bathroom with a tub plus indoor and outdoor showers, a dual vanity, a walk-in closet and a private terrace. A second bedroom holds two queen beds; two further bedrooms each have a king. All four include air conditioning, ceiling fans and a safe, and most open to a private terrace or balcony.
