Casa Happy Paws is oceanfront in Ranchos: the lawn ends at a rock wall with steps down to the shore, which is rocky. Sand along this stretch comes and goes with the tide and season, so for a reliable sand beach guests use the Punta Mita beach clubs, with access arranged through our concierge.

In Ranchos, inside the gates of Punta Mita. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is about 45 minutes away and we can arrange a private transfer.

A house manager, concierge, chef, kitchen staff, waiters and daily housekeeping are included. Airport transfers, tours, in-house experiences and spa treatments are extra, and we confirm meal and food costs in your written quote.

A private cinema with a 170-inch screen, a game room with a two-lane bowling alley, pool and poker tables and a full bar, a spa with sauna, steam room and hot and cold plunge pools, a gym, a 20-metre pool and the Sky Terrace with a fire pit.

The rental rate is subject to a 10% service fee and a 5% administrative fee. Club Punta Mita access is mandatory: a one-time fee per person per stay of US$50 for adults and teens (13 and over) and US$30 for children aged 5 to 12, plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge; children under 5 are free. Food and drinks are bought at cost through a deposit of US$150 per person per day, credited to your final bill, and a 20% service fee applies to grocery shopping. A refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent is collected. The minimum stay is 3 nights, or 7 nights over holiday weeks. Reservations are final: if you need to cancel, the full amount can be applied to a new stay within 12 months of your original arrival date.
