The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and a large marble island. For downtime there is a media room and a billiards table, and the interiors are kept calm and contemporary in a sand-and-wood palette. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi run throughout, with a dedicated workspace in a common area for anyone who needs to log in.

Outdoor living runs the length of the villa, with a private pool, a hot tub and sun loungers set against the ocean. There is a private outdoor kitchen and a BBQ grill for alfresco meals, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit for the evenings. An outdoor shower and beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella and snorkelling gear, make it easy to head down to the beach.
