Open, layered interiors
The main living area feels open and elevated, looking out to the pool and the palms. There is a large TV den with a 70-inch smart TV, streaming services, and an oversized lounge bed for downtime after the beach. Smart TVs with streaming are in the living area, the den, and three of the bedrooms. Drinking water runs through a three-stage UV filtration system.
Designed for the day outside
The outdoor space off the living area is the heart of the villa: covered dining for twelve, a gas grill, and a granite serving counter with a pass-through window to the kitchen. The pool patio, set high in the palms, has a plunge pool, several seating areas, and three shade umbrellas, positioned for the sunsets and, later, the moon and stars. There is also an adjustable-height basketball hoop with kids’ basketballs. Two golf carts are included — a new four-seater and a recently renovated six-seater.

Casa Libre has four large bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, sleeping up to twelve. Each bedroom has its own outdoor sitting area or patio, and the lower-level bedrooms open to a private yard. Three of the bedrooms have smart TVs. Detailed bed configurations are available on request.
