— Litibú is an open stretch of Riviera Nayarit coast rather than a gated resort. The beach is sandy and secluded, and the villa opens onto it directly — you can step out to surf or fish. Casa Solika sits outside the Punta Mita gates, so resort beach clubs, the two Jack Nicklaus courses and gate credentials are not part of the stay. What is close: the Greg Norman-designed Litibú golf course minutes away, Monkey Mountain for hiking and horseback riding, and the villages of Punta Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho each a short drive.

Casa Solika sits directly on the sand at Litibú, a quiet beach in Riviera Nayarit south of the Punta Mita gate. It is a compound rather than a single house: three structures set around a climate-controlled saltwater pool, holding four separate sleeping suites, each with its own bathroom and its own outdoor shower. The lawn runs to the beach, so surfing and fishing start at the edge of the property. Daily housekeeping and a chef for breakfast are included in the stay.

The beachfront terrace has a firepit facing the water. The rooftop terrace has a second firepit and the wider sweep of the Pacific. A surfboard, kayak, body board and beach essentials are provided.
