Condo Aurora Tau is a third-floor unit in a five-storey, seven-unit building. The location puts you a short golf-cart ride from Punta Mita's golf courses, beach clubs, and the St. Regis, while the TAU clubhouse — with a gym, lap pool, loungers, and a barbecue area — is a short walk away and included for residents.

Condo Aurora Tau is a three-bedroom condo in TAU Residences, the newest community at the tip of the Punta Mita peninsula. It sits on the third floor of a low-rise building and opens to a private plunge pool with views over the 15th hole of the Bahia golf course, the Bay of Banderas, and the lights of Puerto Vallarta across the water. It sleeps up to ten and comes with a full-time housekeeper and cook Monday through Saturday, two golf carts, and resident access to Punta Mita's beach clubs and golf.

The main living area is open-plan, with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a filtered-water system. A ten-seat dining table sits indoors. Air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, and the condo has smart TVs with streaming services, Sonos and Bose speakers, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a desk in each bedroom for anyone working during their stay. Wi-Fi and a VPN are provided.
Designed for the day outside
Off the main living area is a private plunge pool set on the terrace, positioned for the golf, bay, and mountain views. The outdoor space has an eight-seat dining table, a built-in barbecue, and an outdoor beverage cooler. Two golf carts come with the condo — a six-passenger 2025 Club Car and, subject to availability, a four-passenger 2026 Club Car — for getting around the resort.

Condo Aurora Tau has three ensuite bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, sleeping up to ten. The first primary bedroom has a king bed, a desk, and a shared terrace with a daybed, with golf, ocean, and mountain views. The second primary also has a king bed plus a convertible twin chair, a desk, and an ensuite with a large tub in addition to the shower, sharing the terrace. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a convertible single futon suitable for a child, its own private terrace, and partial ocean, golf, and mountain views. Each bedroom has a smart TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a desk.
