Open, layered interiors
High beamed ceilings, added lighting throughout, and large sliding glass doors that fold the living area into the terrace. A dining table seats eight, and a remote-controlled sunscreen handles the morning light.
The kitchen has a commercial Wolf range, granite countertops, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and filtered water from both the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator.
A Sonos system covers the living area and the primary bedroom. Satellite and internet television, Chromecast and Apple TV, and upgraded wireless internet with a hotspot installed in each bedroom. There is a high-efficiency washer and dryer in the condo, spa bathrobes, and a local landline.

The main terrace runs off the living area with the 180-degree ocean view in front of it, and the primary suite opens directly onto it. The second king suite has a private terrace of its own looking to both the ocean and the mountains.
Hacienda de Mita has private swimming pools and hot tubs reserved for owners and their guests. There are two covered parking spaces, elevator access beside the condo and 24-hour gated security. The village of Punta de Mita and its restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance.

What does the Premier Club membership cover, and what does it cost?
The membership opens the Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi, El Surf and Sea Breeze beach clubs, the Hacienda de Mita beach club reserved for HDM condos, both Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, and the resident tennis and fitness centre. Golf carries green fees, and tennis and the fitness centre carry a daily fee. From 6 January 2026 the Punta Mita resort charges a one-time Resort Amenity Fee per person, collected by the resort directly before arrival: USD $50 per person aged 13 and over and USD $30 per person aged 5 to 12, neither figure including VAT or the service charge.
Are the Four Seasons and St Regis facilities included?
No. The beach clubs, golf courses and sports facilities reached through the Premier Club membership are separate from the Four Seasons and St Regis hotels, which sit inside the same gated resort but operate their own facilities.
What is included with the housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping every day except Sundays and holidays. The housekeeper will also prepare breakfast and lunch on request; groceries are billed separately.
