Open, layered interiors
The main level is open-plan and built to be lived in with the doors pushed back: a lounge that runs straight onto the terrace, a dining table seating eight under original artwork, and a full indoor bar in marble and wood. Interiors are calm and contemporary — pale plaster, timber screens, woven and rattan furniture, with colour kept to textiles and art rather than the architecture.
Designed for the day outside
The terrace is where the villa spends its day. A private infinity pool runs the length of it, with a hot tub and a sun-shelf lit from below, and the water edge reads straight out to the Pacific. Under the roofline there is a built-in outdoor kitchen with a grill and a bar counter, a shaded lounge, an outdoor dining table, and sun loungers along the pool. Mature planting on the boundary keeps the terrace private.

Four bedrooms across five bathrooms. The master has a king bed; the second master is also a king; the third guest room is a king as well. The fourth is a purpose-built bunk room with two double beds and two singles, its own TV and direct garden access — the room families put the children in. Occupancy is capped at eight guests, so the bunk room gives you flexibility in how the group is arranged rather than extra headcount.
