Guests can use the Club Punta Mita facilities - the Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs, La Lancha surf club, the Porta Fortuna ocean club, the Jack Nicklaus golf courses with their academy, driving ranges and putting greens, and the fitness and tennis centre, spa, kids club and walking and cycling paths. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, so a rented stay carries a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge. Children under 5 are free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities. Dining, green fees and spa treatments are billed on top.
