Do all four bedrooms have ocean views?
No. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraces with ocean views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are en suite with showers but have no terrace or ocean view. All four have king beds and air conditioning.
What does the Premier membership cover, and does it cost extra?
The residence holds a Premier golf membership, which opens the Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs, the Sufi ocean club and pier, the St. Regis beach club, the La Lancha surf club, the Bahia and Pacifico golf courses, and the tennis and fitness centres. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, and rented stays carry a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge, with children under 5 free. Whether that fee is included in the nightly rate or billed separately is confirmed at the time of booking.
