The TAU communal pool, fitness centre and gardens are open to guests, and access to the Club Punta Mita facilities can be arranged - charged separately - ask us what it comes to for your party.

How does access to the Club Punta Mita facilities work?
Guests can use the Club Punta Mita facilities - the residents beach clubs, the two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, the spa, fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts. From 6 January 2026 the Club Punta Mita memberships cover owners and their personal guests only, so a rented stay carries a one-time access fee per person covering stays of up to 30 days: USD $50 for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, USD $30 for children aged 5 to 12, each plus 16% VAT and a 15% service charge. Children under 5 are free. This condo does not include the access fee in its rental rate, so it is charged separately for any guest who wants to use the resort facilities. Dining, green fees and spa treatments are billed on top.
