Las Terrazas sits within the gated Punta Mita resort, stepped up the slope above the Bahia course, a short golf-cart ride from the beach clubs and the resort facilities.

The homes

Our two Las Terrazas homes are ocean-view residences: Condo Bahía with four bedrooms for up to ten guests, and Condo Los Arboles with three bedrooms for up to six.
