— Hacienda de Mita sits inside the Punta Mita resort, alongside the Four Seasons, St. Regis, Montage, and Pendry. The condo walks straight out to the beach, with the Hacienda beach club right next door. It is a short walk into the town of Punta de Mita, where many of the restaurants sit on the beach, and a short golf-cart ride to the resort's other beach clubs and golf courses. Punta Mita is family-oriented and quiet, with 24-hour security at the gates and along the beach in front of the condo.

Casa Ola Bonita is a four-bedroom beachfront condo in Hacienda de Mita, inside the gates of the Punta Mita resort. Hacienda de Mita is the resort's only truly beachfront condominium community, and this is one of the few buildings that opens directly onto the sand. Remodelled in 2022, it sleeps up to eight and has a 30-by-15-foot private balcony overlooking the ocean, off a living and dining room that opens through a 20-foot wall of stacking doors. The stay includes a housekeeper six days a week, a six-seat golf cart, and a Premier Membership that gives guests full access to the resort's golf, beach clubs, and tennis.

Open, layered interiors
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open to one another, and a 20-foot set of stacking doors opens the space onto the balcony and the ocean. The great room has an 85-inch TV, the two master bedrooms have 55-inch TVs, and the condo runs Roku, Apple TV, and YouTube TV. A water-purification system covers every faucet, with an additional reverse-osmosis tap at the kitchen sink and a water cooler. There is a washer and dryer, located in the bunk room.
Designed for the day outside
The private balcony runs 30 by 15 feet along the front of the condo, overlooking the ocean, with plenty of seating. The Hacienda beach club is next door, and the beach is directly in front of the building. A six-seat Ikon golf cart is included for getting around the resort, its beach clubs, golf courses, and restaurants.

Casa Ola Bonita has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight. Three are large ensuite bedrooms; the fourth is a smaller bunk room with a three-quarter bath, which also holds the washer and dryer. The two master bedrooms have 55-inch TVs. Maximum occupancy is eight, including children and babies.
