The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open to one another, with fully recessing glass doors that open the space onto the terrace and pool. Finishes include wood ceilings, marble floors and showers, and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen has a Wolf stove, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher, and a water cooler. There is fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with streaming and US satellite programming including sports, and a washer and dryer.
