The condo is laid out on a single level, with a large kitchen, dining and living area that runs the full width of the space and opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the finishes include marble floors, solid tropical hardwood and double-glazed windows. There is a laundry room, and a flex room with its own bathroom that can serve as service quarters, a fourth bedroom, a media room or a studio. Central heating and high-speed internet are in place, and the layout keeps the garden, pool and golf-course views in sight from the main living area.

The terrace extends off the living area and looks over the gardens, the community pool and the Jack Nicklaus golf course, with the bay and coastline beyond. It gives direct access to the garden and pool area below. Two golf carts are included with the rental, one seating six, which is the usual way to reach the beach clubs, resorts and restaurants across Punta Mita. A garage provides parking.
