The living area opens to the main terrace through sliding doors, steps from the sand. Ceilings are hardwood, and the interior is professionally designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf stove, a dishwasher, and granite counters. There is a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and two covered parking spaces.
Designed for the day outside
The main terrace runs off the living area, integrated with the indoor space and set directly above the sand with open ocean views. The community’s private pools and hot tub, reserved for Hacienda de Mita owners and guests, are a short walk, as is the Hacienda de Mita beach club. A 2016 six-seat golf cart is included for getting around the resort.

The condo has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, sleeping up to eight. The master suite has a king bed, a lounge area with ocean views, terrace access, and a large bathroom with a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The second master has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and tub. The guest room has two full beds and a private shower bathroom. A flex room has twin bunk beds and its own shower bathroom; note that the washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies are kept in this room and the housekeeper needs regular access, so it is best suited to children. Every bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
