Surf Residences is a small community of larger homes on the water inside Punta Mita. The residences are built to sleep more guests than their bedroom count suggests, which makes them one of the few condo-style options for bigger groups. Surf Residences sits on the Punta Mita break inside the gated resort, close to the surf, the walking paths and the resort beach clubs.

The homes

Our three residences have four and five bedrooms and sleep 14 to 16 guests. Two are listed as oceanfront, Surf Residences 121 and the Oceanfront Penthouse. Rooftop Oasis is a penthouse with ocean views, where the top deck with its pool and lounge is the main living space.
